We know there are a lot of more supplementary questions that you probably would like to ask, therefore we recommend that you simply contact us with the  questions you have.

 

That's a good question! The short answer is contact us with what machine you are looking to modify, the product rod diameter you are looking to measure and we can go from there.

Depending on the vintage of the IS100T screen, we can repair or offer a replacement to keep your FENIX System running. 

It is recommended that the FENIX CM100 control module is serviced at regular intervals to ensure that it works at its optimum. This alert shows that it requires a service check.

Again, the answer is yes! The FENIX System integrates with the Tews Elektronik MW30xx System which is capable of measuring large diameter cigar. Just contact us and we can advise accordingly.
